Suspension of Work in Government Offices within the PICC Complex on November 8-15, 2017 in Preparation for the 31st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits
Memorandum Circular No. 32, issued on November 6, 2017, suspends work in government offices within the PICC Complex from November 8 to 15, 2017, in preparation for the 31st ASEAN Summit. To maintain public service, transactions with front-line offices can be processed at alternative business or satellite locations from November 8 to 12, 2017. Essential government agencies providing basic services, including security, health, and emergency preparedness, will remain operational. The Circular is effective immediately.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32
Upon the recommendation of the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) 2017 National Organizing Council-Office of the Director-General for Operations, work in the government offices within the PICC Complex on 08-15 November 2017 is hereby suspended in preparation for the 31st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of public service on 08-12 November 2017, transactions with front line government offices, located inside the PICC Complex, may be processed in other business and/or satellite offices of said agencies.
Government agencies involved in the delivery of basic services, including security and safety, health, and emergency preparedness, and those directly involved in the conduct of various ASEAN meetings and related activities, shall remain open and perform their normal functions.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
