POEA Advisory No. 032-15
The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has announced that the Continuing Agency Education Program (CAEP) Seminars will resume in November 2015. Licensed recruitment agencies are encouraged to register for these seminars to ensure compliance for license renewal or upgrading. Registration will occur on a first-come, first-served basis at the Licensing Branch, and agencies that have already paid prior to the seminar deferment are exempt from this requirement. Agencies can register in person or via email to the specified contact.

POEA ADVISORY NO. 032-15
The Continuing Agency Education Program (CAEP) Seminars will resume in November. Licensed recruitment agencies, especially those needing compliance for purposes of renewing or upgrading licenses, are hereby enjoined to register with the Employment Services Regulation Division, Employment Regulation Branch of the Licensing and Regulation Office. Registration will be accepted at Window 2 of the Licensing Branch, or send an email to [email protected]. Except for those who have already paid prior to the deferment of the conduct of the seminar and have already renewed or upgraded their licenses, the registration shall be on a 'first-come, first served' basis.
