LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1266

In the implementation of the Southern Luzon Extra High Voltage Transmission Project and subsequent projects of the National Power Corporation to be co-financed by Yen Loans from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, GABRIEL Y. ITCHON, Deputy Minister of Energy and President of the National Power Corporation, and MAMERTO S. BOCANEGRA, Senior Vice President of the National Power Corporation, are hereby designated as Implementing Officer and Deputy Implementing Officer, respectively, for such projects.
This instruction is an exception to Letter of Instructions No. 398.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of August, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Two.
