In the implementation of the Southern Negros Geothermal Project for the development of a 112.5 MW steamfield to be co-financed by Yen Loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Antonio V. del Rosario, Deputy Minister of Energy, and/or Pablo V. Malixi, Vice President and General Manager of PNOC Energy Development Corporation, are hereby designated as Implementing Officers for this specific project.
