REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7866
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE OLANDANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Olandang, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of North Cotabato, to be known as the Olandang National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
