Conversion of Tulunan Municipal High School in Tulunan, North Cotabato Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 190, enacted on March 16, 1982, converts the Tulunan Municipal High School in North Cotabato into the Tulunan National High School. AN ACT CONVERTING THE TULUNAN MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TULUNAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TULUNAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Tulunan Municipal High School in the Municipality of Tulunan, Province of North Cotabato, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Tulunan National High School. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new schools: Provided, That the Municipality of Tulunan shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. asia dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
