PROCLAMATION NO. 2324
AUTHORIZING THE INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1, 1983 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1984
WHEREAS, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines has embarked on a project that shall extend legal aid to indigent and deserving members of the community; and
WHEREAS, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines needs public support to enable it to carry on with its laudable objectives; casia
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Integrated Bar of the Philippines to conduct a national fund campaign during the period from October 1, 1983 to September 30, 1984.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
