PROCLAMATION NO. 2128

AUTHORIZING THE INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES, MANILA II CHAPTER, TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1981 TO OCTOBER 31, 1982

WHEREAS, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Manila II Chapter, has embarked on a project that shall extend legal aid to indigent and deserving members of the community; and

WHEREAS, said organization needs public support to enable it to carry on with its laudable objective;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the integrated Bar of the Philippines Manila II Chapter to conduct a fund campaign during the period from November 1, 1981 to October 31, 1982.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-One.
