The Supreme Court of the Philippines, in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) will hold a formal Media Launch of the 2020Revised Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases on 16 December 2020 (Wednesday), at 10:00 a.m.
All Special Commercial Court Judges and their pairing Judges are hereby authorized to virtually attend the Media Launch that will be livestreamed through the Supreme Court's official Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/SCPHLPIO, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing.
