In the Resolution dated 6 October 2020 in A.M. No. 10-3-10-SC(2020 Revised Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases), the Court En Banc RESOLVED to APPROVE the "2020 Revised Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases," appended herein as Annex "A".
The Resolution was published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer and the Philippine Star on 19 October 2020, and shalltake effect on 16 November 2020.
Any prior circular from the Office of the Court Administrator on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby superseded.
