ACT NO. 3721
AN ACT FIXING ONE PESO AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTAVOS A DAY PER HEAD AS THE MAXIMUM CHARGE WHICH MUNICIPALITIES MAY IMPOSE AND COLLECT FOR LARGE OR SMALL CATTLE IMPOUNDED IN THE MUNICIPAL STABLES
SECTION 1. One peso and twenty-five centavos a day per head is hereby fixed as the maximum charge which municipalities may impose and collect for large or small cattle impounded in the municipal stables in conformity with the provisions of subsection (p) of section twenty-two hundred and forty-three of the Administrative Code.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, November 21, 1930.
