ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 364
CONSTITUTING A LEGAL TASK FORCE TO STUDY AND SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE SENATE COMMITTEE REPORT CONCERNING THE PEA-AMARI CONTRACT
There is hereby constituted, a legal task force to study and submit recommendations to the President on the findings and recommendations of the Committee on Government Corporations and Public Enterprises and the Committee on Accountability of Public Officers and Investigations (Blue Ribbon) regarding the Public Estates Authority — AMARI contract, particularly on the matter of ownership and disposition of reclaimed land by the PEA.
The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

| The Government Corporate Counsel | — | Member |
The Task Force is authorized to seek the assistance and cooperation of other government departments/agencies in the performance of its functions. It shall submit its written report to the President, through the Executive Secretary, not later than 31 October 1997.
This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 9th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
