Certain branches of the Regional Trial Courts have been designated as special courts to handle these cases, while others will handle them through a raffle system. Courts are required to submit an inventory report detailing the status of these cases by July 31, 2007, using a prescribed format. Compliance with this directive is emphasized to ensure proper management of election-related legal disputes.
