REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10770
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED IN CEBU CITY, FROM EIGHT HUNDRED (800) TO ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) BED CAPACITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center is hereby increased from eight hundred (800) to one thousand two hundred (1,200) beds. ETHIDa
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. The Department of Health is directed to implement this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
