REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10345
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER FROM THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (350) TO FIVE HUNDRED (500) BEDS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8313, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Republic Act No. 8313 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 2. The bed capacity of the Quirino Memorial Medical Center is hereby increased from three hundred fifty (350) to five hundred (500)." aCcHEI
SECTION 2. Section 5 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 5. The Secretary of Health shall immediately include in the Department's programs the implementation of this Act, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act."
SECTION 3. Section 6 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 6. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in any newspaper of general circulation."
