REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7244
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BAROTAC VIEJO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAROTAC VIEJO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Barotac Viejo Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of Iloilo, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
