Batas Pambansa Blg. 346, enacted on March 18, 1983, establishes the Barotac Viejo Municipal Hospital in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, with a capacity of ten beds. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, and funding for its operation will be sourced from the appropriations for new hospitals as defined in Presidential Decree No. 1177. Future operational costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. This law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 2, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BAROTAC VIEJO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAROTAC VIEJO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Barotac Viejo Municipal Hospital. acd
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be made operational. asia dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
