| SUBJECT | : | Inclusion of the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) Data in the Reports being Submitted by the Family Courts to the Office of the Court Administrator Relative to the Number of Cases Undergoing Diversion and Disposition |
Pursuant to the 18 June 2019 Resolution in A.M. No. 02-1-18-SC(Re: Rule on Juveniles in Conflict with the Law), the Court En BancAPPROVED the inclusion of the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) Data in the reports being submitted by the Family Courts to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), which shall include the number of cases undergoing diversion and disposition. The Reporting Templates on CICL, herein attached as Annexes "A" and "B", shall be accomplished by the Family Courts as an addendum to the Monthly Reporting Template prescribed by the OCA.
Any prior circular from the OCA on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby superseded.
