In Re: 17th Special Shari'a Bar Examinations

IN RE: 17TH SPECIAL SHARI'A BAR EXAMINATIONS
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 15, 2022, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 3914 (In Re: 17th Special Shari'a Bar Examinations). — Acting on the Petition dated February 10, 2022 filed by Dean Macrina A. Morados, Institute of Islamic Studies of the University of the Philippines, and Chairperson, 17th Special Shari'a Bar Examinations, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the following changes relative to the conduct of the 17th Special Shari'a Bar Examinations:
(i) Shortening of the interval between the first and second days from seven (7) days to three (3) days, hence, the scheduled 17th Special Shari'a Bar Examinations shall be reset to March 20, 2022 and March 22, 2022;
(ii) Change of venue from the Court of Appeals compound to the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman Campus, under the same security and administrative guidelines observed in the regular Bar Examinations held last February 4 and 6, 2022; and
(iii) Adoption of Bar Bulletin No. 37, Series of 2022, Omnibus COVID-19 Protocols for the Bar formulated by Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, Chairperson, 2020/21 Bar Examinations, with minor revisions as the circumstances may warrant.
The Report dated February 10, 2022 filed by Atty. Amor P. Entila, Assistant Bar Confidant, relative to the above Petition is NOTED." (adv33)
