Guidelines on the Lifting of the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) for the 2016 Holiday Season

MMDA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 020-16
GUIDELINES ON THE LIFTING OF THE UNIFIED VEHICULAR VOLUME REDUCTION PROGRAM (UVVRP) FOR THE 2016 HOLIDAY SEASON
In anticipation of the expected thousands of commuters who will be using the provincial public utility buses (PUBs) to and from Metro Manila and in order to effectively contribute to their safe and convenient travel during the 2016 Holiday Season, the UVVRP or more commonly known as the "Number Coding" policy is hereby LIFTED for provincial PUBs only as follows: HTcADC
