In cases such as suspicious transfer of plates, use of motor vehicles to transport illegal goods, carnapped vehicles, vehicle involved in court cases, ambushed vehicles and other similar cases, all verification shall be forwarded to the Office of the Executive Director. The Office of the Executive Director with the assistance of the Law Enforcement Service shall conduct the necessary investigation. It shall be the Office of the Executive Director that will release findings to the concerned verifiers.
LTO employees are also required to prepare letter of request whenever they want information of motor vehicles verified. ECDaTI
No verification shall be issued without the proper requirements.
