Grant of Philippine Citizenship to Mr. Narciso Padilla

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3581
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MR. NARCISO PADILLA
SECTION 1. Mr. Narciso Padilla is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
