Republic Act No. 9363, enacted on November 30, 2006, grants Filipino citizenship to Mr. Charles William Mosser in recognition of his significant contributions to developmental and socio-civic projects in the Philippines. The Act acknowledges his commitment to the country, designating it as his permanent place of residence, to which he pledges allegiance. With this citizenship, Mr. Mosser is entitled to all associated rights and privileges. The law took effect upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9363
AN ACT GRANTING FILIPINO CITIZENSHIP TO MR. CHARLES WILLIAM MOSSER, WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES AND PREROGATIVES APPURTENANT THERETO
SECTION 1. There is hereby granted a special recognition to Mr. Charles William Mosser for his long and outstanding service to the Filipino people through his involvement in developmental and socio-civic projects in the country, proving himself more than worthy to be a Filipino.
SECTION 2. The Republic of the Philippines will be considered the permanent place of abode of Mr. Charles William Mosser to which he shall forever owe and pledge allegiance and loyalty.
SECTION 3. Philippine citizenship is hereby granted to Mr. Charles William Mosser, with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto. AEDISC
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
