REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9489
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MR. JOSE R. RODRIGUEZ
SECTION 1. Jose R. Rodriguez is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.
Upon the taking and registration of the oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines, Jose R. Rodriguez shall enter upon the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship. ESHAcI
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
