ACT NO. 1882

AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE PROCEEDS OF THE TAX AUTHORIZED TO BE COLLECTED UNDER SECTION NINETEEN (a) OF THE SPECIAL PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ACT MAY BE EXPENDED, IN THE PROVINCES OF NUEVA VIZCAYA AND AGUSAN AND THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, FOR THE REPAIR OF PUBLIC WORKS

SECTION 1. In the Provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and Agusan and the Mountain Province, the proceeds of the tax authorized under the provisions of section nineteen (a) of Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and ninety-six, entitled "The Special Provincial Government Act," for the purpose of protecting, improving, and extending the roads and trails and of constructing public works, are hereby also made available for the repair of public works.

SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. BeNCHm
