Batas Pambansa Blg. 530, enacted on June 24, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital, named the DBB Municipal Hospital, in the Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Project in Cavite. The hospital will be under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, with initial funding not to exceed 750,000 pesos sourced from appropriations for new or expanded hospitals. Future operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 23, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE DASMARIÑAS BAGONG BAYAN PROJECT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DBB MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in Area A of the Dasmariñas, Bagong Bayan Project in the Municipality of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, to be known as the DBB Municipal Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
