REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4078

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo, to be known as Concepcion School of Fisheries.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
