Polopina National High School in Concepcion, Iloilo
Republic Act No. 8321, enacted on June 30, 1997, establishes the Polopina National High School in Barangay Polopina, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo. The law mandates the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports to formulate necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the subsequent year and beyond. This act took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without presidential signature, as per the Philippine Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8321
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POLOPINA, MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE POLOPINA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Polopina, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Polopina National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. cdt
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
