REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8138
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a vocational school in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac, to be known as the Concepcion Vocational School, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. cd i
SECTION 2. The school curriculum shall give emphasis on agriculture, vocational and technical training, science and technology education.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on July 16, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
