Establishment of Buguias National Trade School in Buguias, Mountain Province
Republic Act No. 3397, enacted on June 18, 1961, establishes the Buguias National Trade School in Buguias, Mountain Province. This school will operate under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, who is tasked with formulating necessary regulations in conjunction with the Secretary of Education. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3397
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUIAS, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national trade school in the Municipality of Buguias, Mountain Province, to be known as the Buguias National Trade School.
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Schools shall, with the approval of the Secretary of Education, issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. cd i
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. casia
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
