REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3436
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LOO SETTLEMENT FARM SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUIAS, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LOO NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Loo Settlement Farm School in the Municipality of Buguias, Mountain Province, is hereby converted into a national vocational school, to be known as the Loo National Vocational School.
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
