Buguias High School in Buguias, Benguet
Republic Act No. 7069, enacted on June 21, 1991, establishes a high school named Buguias High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Buguias, Province of Benguet. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7069
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUIAS, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUGUIAS HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Buguias, Province of Benguet, to be known as the Buguias High School. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
