Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Kabugao, Kalinga-Apayao
Batas Pambansa Blg. 120, enacted on January 21, 1981, establishes the Kabugao Emergency Hospital in Kabugao, Kalinga-Apayao. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, with funding determined according to existing laws and included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health is tasked with overseeing the hospital's operationalization. This act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 27, 1981.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABUGAO, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, TO BE KNOWN AS KABUGAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as Kabugao Emergency Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the above is hereby authorized and shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
