Establishment of an Agro-Industrial High School in Kabugao, Kalinga-Apayao
Republic Act No. 7747, enacted on June 19, 1994, establishes the Kabugao Agro-Industrial High School in Kabugao, Kalinga-Apayao, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing necessary rules and regulations for the school's operation. Funding for the school will initially come from appropriations authorized for newly legislated high schools, with ongoing operational costs included in the annual General Appropriations Act. This Act took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7747
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABUGAO, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KABUGAO AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, an agro-industrial high school in the Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as the Kabugao Agro-Industrial High School. acd
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. aisa dc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
