Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Casiguran, Quezon

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6332
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASIGURAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS CASIGURAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Casiguran, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Casiguran Emergency Hospital. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital, including the construction of buildings thereof after its approval. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. aisa dc
