Batas Pambansa Blg. 350, enacted on March 19, 1983, establishes the Tapul Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Tapul, Sulu, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The law allocates up to seven hundred fifty thousand pesos from existing appropriations for the hospital's construction and operation. Future funding for its maintenance will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 2, 1984.

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAPUL, PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS TAPUL MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a municipal hospital in the Municipality of Tapul, Province of Sulu, to be known as Tapul Municipal Hospital. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
