BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 277
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL WITH TEN-BED CAPACITY AND SECONDARY LEVEL CAPABILITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JAMINDAN, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JAMINDAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health), a municipal hospital in the Municipality of Jamindan, Province of Capiz, to be known as the Jamindan Municipal Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be made operational. asia dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
