Erratum on Memorandum Circular No. 2007-007 dated 15 February 2007

LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2007-012

Memorandum Circular 2007-007 dated 15 February 2007 is hereby corrected and should be read as follows: TACEDI
This Board hereby amends and modifies par. 6 UV Conversion subpar. B and par. 7 UV Legalization subpar. B should include REGION XI under the GARAGE-TERMINAL (GT) EXPRESS SERVICE PROGRAM.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
