For your information and guidance, quoted below, and attached as Annex "A", is the Resolution dated 19 July 2022 of the Honorable Court en banc in A.M. No. 22-07-76-RTC (Re: General Authority of Members of the Judiciary, Particularly Judges, to Administer Oaths outside Their Courts but within Their Judicial Regions), to wit:

A.M. No. 22-07-76-RTC (Re: General Authority of Members of the Judiciary, Particularly Judges, to Administer Oaths outside Their Courts but within Their Judicial Regions). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), to:

(a) CLEARLY DEFINE the coverage of the general authority to administer oaths granted by the Administrative Code of 1987, as amended, to members of the judiciary to include the administration of oaths by judges not only within the territorial jurisdiction of their respective courts but in other areas as well within their respective judicial regions. Under exceptional circumstances where the judge is designated outside the judicial region of his/her official court, the judge may also administer oaths within that judicial region; x x x
