For the information, guidance, and strict compliance of all concerned, appended herewith as Annex "A" is the Court En Banc Resolution dated 15 June 2021 in A.M. No. 21-06-07 prohibiting the unauthorized online selling of merchandise bearing Supreme Court Seal and/or Insignia.
This Circular takes effect immediately.
Any prior circular from the Office of the Court Administrator on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby superseded.
