For the information, guidance and strict compliance of all concerned, appended herein as Annex "A" is the Resolution dated 9 February 2021 of the Honorable Court En Banc in A.M. No. 19-10-20-SC(Re: 2020 Guidelines for the Conduct of the Court-Annexed Mediation [CAM] and Judicial Dispute Resolution [JDR] in Civil Cases).
The Resolution shall take effect on 1 March 2021.
Any prior circular from the Office of the Court Administrator on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby superseded.
