For the information, guidance and strict compliance of all concerned, appended herein as Annex "A" is the 9 February 2021 Resolution in A.M. No. 03-8-02-SC(Guidelines on the Selection and Designation of Executive Judges and Defining their Powers, Prerogatives and Duties) relative to the amendment of Annex "A" of the Resolution dated 27 January 2004 which enumerates the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Single Sala Courts and their respective nearest RTC Multiple Sala/Single Sala Stations as pairing courts.
This Circular revokes OCA Circular No. 165-2019 dated 19 September 2019.
