No. 03-8-02-SC (Guidelines on the Selection and Designation of Executive Judges and Defining their Powers, Prerogatives and Duties) dated 27 January 2004 |
For the information, guidance and strict compliance of all concerned, appended herein as Annex "A" is the 28 August 2019 Resolution in A.M. No. 03-8-02-SC(Guidelines on the Selection and Designation of Executive Judges and Defining their Powers, Prerogatives and Duties) relative to the amendment of Annex "A" of the Resolution dated 27 January 2004 which enumerates the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Single Sala Courts and their respective nearest RTC Multiple Sala/Single Sala Stations as pairing courts.
Any prior circular from the Office of the Court Administrator on this matter which is contrary to the foregoing is hereby superseded.
