In the Resolution dated 10 September 2019, the Court APPROVED the Revised Interim Guidelines on the Direct Bank Payment of Legal Fees Project and further authorizing the Office of the Court Administrator to roll out the project on selected pilot sites. Pilot sites in Luzon includes the first and second level courts in the following stations:
Region 1 — Dagupan City, Baguio City, Laoag City
Region 2 — Tuguegarao City, Santiago City
Region 3 — Malolos City, San Fernando City, Cabanatuan City
Region 4 — Antipolo City, Batangas City, Puerto Princesa City
Region 5 — Naga City, Legaspi City
Orientation of the Clerk of Courts on the abovementioned pilot sites was conducted on March 05, 2020 in preparation for its implementation. As such, and in compliance with the Resolution of the Court, the Direct Bank Payment Project shall be implemented in the pilot sites in Luzon beginning April 01, 2020.
