REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9057
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DURIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF LAS NIEVES, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS DURIAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Durian, Municipality of Las Nieves, Province of Agusan del Norte to be known as the Durian National High School. aAEIHC
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
