REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9056
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LINGAYAO, MUNICIPALITY OF LAS NIEVES, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LINGAYAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Lingayao National High School is hereby established in Barangay Lingayao, Municipality of Las Nieves, Province of Agusan del Norte under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. DcCASI
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
