NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated February 15, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-2-15-SC (Re: Donation of Land by the City of Lapu-lapu to the Supreme Court). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) ACCEPT the donation made by the City of Government of Lapu-lapu in Cebu in favor of the Supreme Court over a parcel of land located beside the Hall of Justice in said city, under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-29603; and
(b) AUTHORIZE Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez or in his absence, Deputy Court Administrator Nimfa C. Vilches, to sign and accept, for and in behalf of the Supreme Court the Deed of Donation between the Supreme Court and the City Government of Lapu-lapu." Bersamin, J., on leave. (adv76a) TCDHaE
