REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8822
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DOLORES IN THE CITY OF ORMOC, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS THE DOLORES NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Dolores in the City of Ormoc, Province of Leyte to be known as the Dolores National High School, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. cTDECH
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SITCEA
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
