REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8820

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LINAO IN ORMOC CITY, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LINAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Linao in the City of Ormoc in the Province of Leyte to be known as the Linao National High School under the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. ASHICc

SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acHETI
