Discontinuance of Submission of Reports Required under Administrative Circular No. 62-2002 Dated 20 November 2002 and Administrative Circular No. 118-2007 Dated 22 November 2007
OCA Circular No. 246-2018, issued on November 23, 2018, announces the discontinuation of the submission of reports previously mandated by Administrative Circular No. 62-2002 and Administrative Circular No. 118-2007. These reports pertained to the status of Temporary Restraining Orders, Writs of Preliminary Injunction, and Petitions for Writ of Amparo. The decision was made following a recommendation by the COA Reportorial Committee and has been approved by Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio. From this point forward, all concerned parties are instructed to cease submission of these reports until further notice from the Court.

Upon the recommendation of the COA Reportorial Committee, Hon. Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio approved the discontinuance of the submission of the reports required under the following issuances which are either already incorporated in the monthly report of cases or are required for "one-time submission and/or implementation" only:
